Honestly, now I understand that one of the reasons I love them is not just because they're delicious but also because they are super rich in the minerals that my body needs! Here they are!!!! The best, fluffiest, yummiest, pancakes ever! Ingredients: 1 cup blanched almond flour --> 3 eggs 1/2 banana optional: cinnamon, berries, honey Directions: 1. Put the almond flour, eggs, and banana into your blender and blend until smooth. 2. If its too thick you can add some almond milk or water 3. Fry in butter or coconut oil on a medium flame until it starts to bubble, and then flip. 4. Serve with any combination of butter, honey, cinnamon, and berries.
