Actually Easy and Yummy (not dense!) Meatballs
I tried making meatballs a few times over the years and always vowed to never do it again because they were too much work and never came out good. Ugh. Then I figured out these two little tricks that make it come out awesome every time even though I’m lazy and never measure ingredients. And I’m a health but and keep it Gluten Free. Still, they’re bomb. Here we go! Makes about 24 meatballs or 6 servings 👌 Ingredients: 1 large white onion 2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4-1/2cup
