Hey loves! Below are 5 videos showing you EXACTLY how I make the breakfasts that my family and I eat nearly every single day!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries

  • 3/4 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites

  • 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk OR Organic Cream

Directions: 

  1. Blend everything together and enjoy!

Magical Mexican Hot Cocoa!

Directions: 

  1. Scoop the  raw cacao powder into your mug

  2. Pour in the vanilla extract,  maple syrup, and f pumpkin pie spice into your mug

  3.  Add  the boiling/hot water and stir until everything is dissolved

  4. Add the pasteurized liquid egg whites, coconut milk or organic cream, and enjoy!!!​

Ingredients: 

  • 3 teaspoons Raw Cacao Powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 TB maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 3/4 cup boiling water

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or organic cream

  • 1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites

 

 

Avocado + Feta Toast!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 perfectly ripe avocado

  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese

  • 2 slices Sprouted Grain Bread

  • Optional add-ons: Garlic Powder, Chili Flakes, Cilantro, Basil

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, and then into slices while it's still in the skin.

  2. Scoop it out and mush it onto the bread

  3. Crumble up the feta and put it on top of the Avocado

  4. Sprinkle the optional add-ons if desired

  5. Enjoy!!!!
