Ingredients: 1 bag frozen asparagus (I use TJ's or Whole Foods) 3 cloves pre-peeled garlic 1-2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1-2 TB Organic Tamari Soy Sauce Pinch salt
Directions: 1. Pour oil and garlic cloves into a pan and turn it on high. 2. Rip open the bag of frozen asparagus and dump them into the pan. 3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of the asparagus. Put the cover on the pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes or until just tender. (Or you can cook it about 5-6 minutes for a softer, more roasted flavor) 4. Take off the fire 🔥 and put it on a plate. Drizzle with Tamari and serve!
