*** 3 Minute Amazing Asparagus ***

I never used to make asparagus because it was too annoying and never came out right, but now it's a staple in my home ๐Ÿก and we have it all the time!๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

When you're out at a restaurant and you get asparagus -they're sooooo good! โค๏ธ

Then you buy some to make yourself and- they come out: *bad *tough *stringy *and mushy (impressive combo!๐Ÿ˜‚)

OR ๐Ÿ˜ˆ- they come out pretty good but they take waaayyyy too much prep time and they're just really annoying to make! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Ingredients: 1 bag frozen asparagus (I use TJ's or Whole Foods) 3 cloves pre-peeled garlic 1-2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1-2 TB Organic Tamari Soy Sauce Pinch salt

Directions: 1. Pour oil and garlic cloves into a pan and turn it on high. 2. Rip open the bag of frozen asparagus and dump them into the pan. 3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of the asparagus. Put the cover on the pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes or until just tender. (Or you can cook it about 5-6 minutes for a softer, more roasted flavor) 4. Take off the fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ and put it on a plate. Drizzle with Tamari and serve!

Delicious hot or cold!
