***Gluten Free AND Grain Free Passover Almond Bread***
Ok my loves, ask and you shall receive! Here's the video of me making the seemingly-uber popular (you can envision me giving myself a pat on the back 😂) Gluten-free + Grain Free Almond Bread!
I make this delicious Gluten and Grain Free bread all the time in my home because it's high in protein, good fats, and tastes amazing.
Also, since Passover is coming I thought now would be a good time to share the goods with you!
--If anyone in your house suffers from celiac, constipation or IBS, limiting gluten can often be quite helpful!
* 4 cups blanched almond flour * 4 tablespoons coconut flour (* 1/2 cup flax seed meal) - optional * 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 10 eggs * 2 teaspoons honey * 2 tablespoons avocado or extra virgin olive oil * 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, flax meal (is optional and considered kitniyot on Passover. You can replace it with almond flour), salt and baking soda. In S bowl 2. Then mix in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar. 3. Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan or square Pyrex. It's pretty thick and you'll need to spread it with a fork or spatula. 4. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. 5. Cool and serve like the badass you are 😜
