Since I get asked a lot about dairy and milk alternatives, I decided to make a video to bring some light to the topic. 😜
The short answer is: It depends! Not all milks are created equal ❤️
And not all bodies digest them the same.
Some people digest cow's milk 🐄 fantastically and for them it can be a great source of vitamins and minerals. 💪
Other people can't digest it at all and it gives them gas, phlegm, and indigestion.

Below is a (less than) 30 second recipe to make your own almond milk if you feel so inclined. 😍😍😍
Ingredients: 2 cups water 2 ts almond butter
Optional: 1 ts cinnamon pinch salt 1 ts maple syrup
1.) Put water in blender first and then add all the other ingredients. Blend for 1 minute.
2.) Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator, and shake before enjoying this fresh and awesome delicacy.
