We're doing Lemony 🍋 Cauliflower Rice 🍚 LIVE In today's video!
It's soooo refreshing and light and takes close to zero effort (which you know is my jam! 😜)
The funny thing about cauliflower rice is that it's super easy to make well, and super easy to make gross too 😂 😂 😂
I'll also explain what's so awesome about it AND how to prepare it so that it won't mess with your thyroid- because it can! 😱
Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 bag frozen TJs cauliflower rice 🍚 2-3 stalks celery, sliced thinly 2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt to taste Optional: 1 ts 21 Seasoning Salute 1 ts turmeric
1. In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and garlic on high heat for a 5-10 seconds. 2. Add in the frozen Cauliflower rice, salt and optional turmeric and 21 seasoning salute. 3. Stir everything together, and mash out any lumps. 4. Let it sit on the fire for about 15 seconds, and then add in your sliced celery. 5. Stir everything together and let cook another 1-3 minutes (less time if you want it crunchy more time if you want it more mushy) 6. Put in a bowl and add fresh lemon 🍋 just before serving. Enjoy!!
