I legit love, love, love cauliflower but I used to never make it because it was just too much hassle, ugh! 😩
Way too much work: 🗡chopping 💦 washing *checking for bugs🐜 🐛
... it just made it waayyy too labor intensive for this lazy mama!
I figured out the yummiest and super easy way to make it so now we have it all the time!
It seriously takes like 3 minutes to do!
Even *I* can handle 3 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 bag frozen organic cauliflower florets 2 TB extra virgin olive oil 2 TB turmeric 1 TB garlic powder Pinch black pepper Salt to taste
Directions: 1. Mix everything together in a bag or directly on a cookie sheet. 2. Roast in a preheated oven at 350* for about an hour, depending on the size of your florets. 3. Serve (but set some aside for yourself first because everyone will devour them and then you'll be sad 😭. For real.) 4. Pat yourself on the back for embracing this rad nutrition hack!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
