Freakin' Fabulous French Toast

Freakin Fabulous French Toast!!!!

(that Won't Spike Your Blood Sugar and Keeps You Full for Hours!)

Ya know how you looooove French Toast... but you can eat a thousand pieces and then still be hungry an hour later?!

And you get a crazy sugar high followed by the inevitable crash?

So annoying.

Here's why: regular French Toast is made with lots of yummy but totally nutrient deficient ingredients!

Buuuuuut if you make it from delicious and highly nutritious ingredients-->>

๐Ÿ’œ then it's AWESOME tasting ๐Ÿ’—AND keeps you full for hours ๐Ÿ’œAND *doesn't* give you the sugar high and then crash! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

Here's the video teaching you exactly how it's done and explaining all its benefits:

โœ… high in fiber โœ… high in Protein โœ… high in Good Fats โœ… low glycemic

And, if you do it my way then it's not even annoying to make! ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

(Because I have no patience for anything else ๐Ÿ˜‚)

Here's the recipe!!

Ingredients: 2 slices sprouted grain bread ๐Ÿž 2 Pastured eggs 1 ts pure vanilla extract 1 ts cinnamon 1 cup wild blueberries 1 ts Maple ๐Ÿ Syrup 2 teaspoons Grassfed Organic Butter

Directions: 1.) Crack the eggs into a bowl and scramble. 2.) Add in the vanilla and cinnamon and mix everything together. 3.) Place one slice of bread into the mixture and submerge it, then flip it and let it sit for a few seconds while you do step 4! 4.) Turn the pan on medium low flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ and put in 1 teaspoon butter, let melt, and spread all over. 5.) Place the egg soaked bread in, and let it cook about a minute, then flip. 6.) Let cook another minute until it's cooked fully through the center, and then put it on your favorite plate ๐Ÿ˜ 7.) In a separate bowl, mix the blueberries and maple syrup and the serve on top of the French Toast!

Enjoy!!! Enjoy the taste, enjoy how you feel nice and full, and enjoy how you feel pleasantly satisfied for hours! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰
