Freakin Fabulous French Toast!!!!

Ya know how you looooove French Toast... but you can eat a thousand pieces and then still be hungry an hour later?!
And you get a crazy sugar high followed by the inevitable crash?

So annoying.
Here's why: regular French Toast is made with lots of yummy but totally nutrient deficient ingredients!

Here's the recipe!!
Ingredients: 2 slices sprouted grain bread 🍞 2 Pastured eggs 1 ts pure vanilla extract 1 ts cinnamon 1 cup wild blueberries 1 ts Maple 🍁 Syrup 2 teaspoons Grassfed Organic Butter
Directions: 1.) Crack the eggs into a bowl and scramble. 2.) Add in the vanilla and cinnamon and mix everything together. 3.) Place one slice of bread into the mixture and submerge it, then flip it and let it sit for a few seconds while you do step 4! 4.) Turn the pan on medium low flame 🔥 and put in 1 teaspoon butter, let melt, and spread all over. 5.) Place the egg soaked bread in, and let it cook about a minute, then flip. 6.) Let cook another minute until it's cooked fully through the center, and then put it on your favorite plate 😍 7.) In a separate bowl, mix the blueberries and maple syrup and the serve on top of the French Toast!
