Perfect Pancakes! Gluten Free & High Protein!

Here they are!!!!

The best, fluffiest, yummiest, pancakes ever!


1 cup blanched almond flour -->

3 eggs

1/2 banana

optional: cinnamon, berries, honey


1. Put the almond flour, eggs, and banana into your blender and blend until smooth.

2. If its too thick you can add some almond milk or water

3. Fry in butter or coconut oil on a medium flame until it starts to bubble, and then flip.

4. Serve with any combination of butter, honey, cinnamon, and berries.
