Here I give you all the tips and tricks I use to convert any baking recipe into a healthy one!below is a little summary, nad I go super duper in depth in the video! Enjoy! #1- Convert any vegetable fats or oils to good oils like coconut oil, organic palm oil or avocado oil
#2- Reduce the sugar by half and ideally swap regular white sugar for Coconut sugar, or at least organic sugar.
#3 Trade out half of the flour for almond flour to reduce the glycemix index and boost protein, good fats, vitamins, and minerals.
#4 Add cinnamon if possible because it's yummy and helps stabilize blood sugar
#5 Don't Swap Out Oil for Applesauce! Just swap bad oil for good oil!
