Garlic, butter, feta cheese..... such a siiiiiiick combination but what will you put it on if you're off of grains, or just trying to be low carb, or cant stop eating noodles once you begin?!
Well, lots of people like to make zoodles but to me that's too much of a pain in the butt!
Until i found them frozen and pre-made at Trader Joe's for a great deal! I love Tjs!
1 box frozen Zoodles aka "Zucchini Spirals"
1 TB Butter (ideally grassfed and organic, but don't go crazy, just do your best)
2 cloves of sliced (pre-peeled!) garlic
1 TB crumbled Feta
1. Rip open the box of zoodles and dump them in a pan with a pinch of salt, with the flame on high. Put the cover on the pan.
2. Take a glass or ceramic bowl (better than plastic or paper) and put your Butter and sliced garlic in, and mix it together.
3. Stir the zoodles until they're not frozen together and are warm, about 2-3 minutes, and then scoop them on top of the butter-garlic mixture. Try to transfer them with a fork so the extra liquid gets left behind
4. Crumble the feta on top, add pepper if you want. Or basil. Or cilantro. Pretty much any herb will be amazing on top. Serve!!!
