60 Second Roasted Broccoli

60 Second Roasted Broccoli is the PERFECT addition to any salad! PLUS, in the video below I explain how broccoli helps boost your immune system and metabolism!

It's definitly good as a side dish, but because it's so rich my FAVE way to have this is in a salad, especially when it's dressed with a balsamic-based dressing. Seriuosly takes the salad to a whole new level!

Ingredients: 1 bag of frozen broccoli 2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3-10 cloves pre-peeled garlic 1-2 ts salt 1 ts pepper 1-2 ts garlic powder

Directions: 1. Rip open your bag of frozen broccoli and throw it in a pyrex or cook sheet, lined with a parchment paper so you dont have to do dishes later 2. throw in the prepeeled garlic 3. Add the salt, garlic powder, pepper, and olive oil and toss it all together 4. Put it in the oven (ideally pre-heated) at 500* for about 25 minutes, depending on the size of your florets

ENjoy!!! Throw them on top of your fave salad and go to town!!
