Garlic and Tomato Thyme Dip from Heaven!!!

WHen I first had this dip and my mom's house I couldn't believe how insanely good it was. The only thing that was cooler than that was finding out it takes literally 7 seconds of prep time :)

So here's the super hard recipe (thats a joke. duh. hahahhaha)

Ingredients:

1 box of baby tomatoes (any kind) or 4 big tomatoes cut into chunks

7 sprigs Thyme

handful of pre-peeled garlic cloves

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

salt to taste

Directions:

1.) Thow the sprigs into a glass or porcelain baking dish

2.) Throw the garlic and tomatoes on top

3.) Pour the oil on top and wiggle everything around so that its all coated

4.) Salt everything to taste

5.) Roast everything in the oven at 350* for about an hour, or until the tomatoes start to get a little roasted looking.

Serve!

Yes, you can pour it into little jars if you want to. I've done that maybe once. We just eat it right out of the baking dish.
