I used to always think that skinny asparagus was second class. Apparently I was wrong!
I think it's so much more delicious than the thick ones!
Here's the recipe!
1 package skinny asparagus
3 cloves pre-peeled garlic
1 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
about 1/4 ts salt
1.) Pour the oil and garlic into a pan, and turn the flame on high
2.) Cut the bottom inch off of the asparagus
3.) Rinse the asparagus and then put them in the pan, and then shake the salt on top
4.) Cover the pan and let it cook for about 2 minutes, and then serve immediately!
Delicious warm or cold!!
