Directions: 1. Slice your potatoes about a cm thick and lay them flat on one side of a Pyrex baking dish 2. Rip open your bag of frozen broccoli and dump it on the other side of the baking dish 3. Add about half of the salt and each of the spices (I never measure) 4. Place the chicken thighs on top of the veggies 5. Add the rest of the salt and spices all over the chicken 6. Cover with a layer of parchment paper and then tin foil and cook covered at 350* for 3 hours.
