Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Unbelievable Sliced Potatoes!
One Pot Dinner in 2 Minutes! Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Unbelievable Sliced Potatoes! 👌 And WHY I’m serving it with Fermented Sauerkraut to avoid indigestion! 😆 Yep, even healthy foods can sometimes cause indigestion... but if you combine things properly you won’t have that prob! 😂 Ingredients: 2 russet Potatoes 🥔 1 bag frozen broccoli 8 Chicken thighs 2 ts salt 1 ts pepper 2 ts garlic powder 2 ts onion powder Directions: 1. Slice your potatoes about a cm thick and lay them flat on one side of a Pyrex baking dish 2. Rip open your bag of frozen broccoli and dump it on the other side of the baking dish 3. Add about half of the salt and each of the spices (I never measure) 4. Place the chicken thighs on top of the veggies 5. Add the rest of the salt and spices all over the chicken 6. Cover with a layer of parchment paper and then tin foil and cook covered at 350* for 3 hours. Enjoy!! It should be soft and moist and fall off the bone 😍😍 I’d recommend serving with sauerkraut to protect digestion 🙌🏼
