My mom was the one who introduced me to (a version) of this dressing and was bugging me to make it for months 😂
I never did because it required a food processor and in my mind that meant it would be hard and annoying and not worth the effort
Basically I thought:
Food processor = Hard= definitely not worth it
what I have since learned is that it actually is super easy and totally works Ina regular blender, and even i have the patience to do it. (Especially my version which leaves out a few things)
So I think you will too.
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1TB miso paste1TB soy sauce2-3 TB sesame seeds1 inch piece ginger (no need to peel)1 lg garlic cloveDirections:1.) Throw everything in the blender and process until creamy. The end.
Stays good in the fridge for about 2 weeks (but we always finish it way before that!)
