Delicious Creamy Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing!

My mom was the one who introduced me to (a version) of this dressing and was bugging me to make it for months 😂

I never did because it required a food processor and in my mind that meant it would be hard and annoying and not worth the effort

Basically I thought:

Food processor = Hard= definitely not worth it

But....

what I have since learned is that it actually is super easy and totally works Ina regular blender, and even i have the patience to do it. (Especially my version which leaves out a few things)

So I think you will too.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1TB miso paste 1TB soy sauce 2-3 TB sesame seeds 1 inch piece ginger (no need to peel) 1 lg garlic clove Directions: 1.) Throw everything in the blender and process until creamy. The end.

Stays good in the fridge for about 2 weeks (but we always finish it way before that!)

Video below explains the health benefits of this dressing like:

* boosting your body's ability to absorb the vitamins and minerals in the veggies

* how this dressing is particularly good for healing indigestion!

* the rad antibacterial and antimicrobial properties it has!

Mmmmmmmmm Enjoy!
