This stuff is just so delicious it’s ridiculous and it’s also so flipping easy that even I am willing to do it.
For it to be easy you need an electric whisk, which fortunately, I have because it came as part of the package when I bought my immersion blender ( which I also love because it makes blended soups somuper easy)
So here’s the complicated recipe:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 ts- 1 TB maple syrup
1 ts vanilla extract
1.) Pour the heavy cream into a TALL glass/cup
2.) Put the whisk in on and turn it on high and keep just keep going until it turns into whipped cream.
3.) Don’t give up. If it’s not whipped cream yet, just wait longer.
4.) Once it’s all whipped, gently fold in the vanilla and maple with a spoon or a quick 2 second whisk.
Note- be careful to stop whisking once it’s ready because otherwise it’s going to turn into butter.
Hence how I learned to make butter 😂😂🙌🏼
I definitely recommend using organic grass fed cream whenever possible because it’s super rich in Vitamins A, D, and K you which our nervous system and brain need to thrive.
Plus, it’s super satisfying because it triggers the production of the hormone leptin- the “I feel full” hormone!
This is about a thousand times better than store bought- especially the non-dairy crap 🤢
